Well that was easy! I'd never used a storage facility until yesterday, and was uncertain about the process. I'm so glad I chose Green Storage in Newmarket. A really great experience end to end from check in to moving out. I have never rented a storage unit before. I started off with a discount for the first two months, which was a bonus, the staff was very helpful and nice and it seemed that they really wanted to make their clients happy. Would definitely rent here again for the customer service!

I booked one of the units at Green storage Newmarket, and on my arrival to move my items I meant with Ali and he showed me the unit that I rented. When I saw the size of the unit it was too small. So Ali suggested that If I want he could transfer me to a bigger unit. He took the time to show me the size that would suit my needs. I was so thankful for him doing that. He was very helpful, polite and kind. I appreciate him for all of his help. Thanks again Ali.
