I had a great experience at the Green Storage facility on bales road, and would highly recommend this location for any storage needs - big or small. The process was well coordinated and our rental manager Ali was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was a relatively stressful move but the storage place made it so that everything got transported into the unit in the late evening, and was properly secured throughout the months that it was needed. The general security is high and there are various measures noted that made me feel comfortable that no one would access the unit besides myself.
I needed a very large space and obtained one of its bigger sizes. The price was fair for how big it was and furniture was stackable as well easily accessible given the multiple doors. Bill payments were made easy with the option to pay online or over phone if need be via link.

Today I rented a storage unit from Green Storage, and I had a great experience. Ali was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to help me choose the right storage unit for my needs and explained everything clearly.
He thoroughly explained the insurance options, fees, and the terms and conditions, making sure I understood everything before I signed up.

This was my first experience renting storage, and it was excellent. We visited the location in person, and Ali was very respectful and helpful. He provided all the information we needed, set up our profile in the system, and showed us the best storage size with convenient access. He guided us through everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend you use Green Storage for all your storage needs. I spoke to a lady at this location, and she was very polite and friendly. They followed up on my inquiry about parking at a company. They followed up on my inquiry a few days later, and the customer service was the same as from the Newmarket location. I would highly recommend this business because their staff is very knowledgeable and can suit your needs. Give them a call and enjoy their friendly and polite service, values, and the mission statement of the company.
