Well that was easy! I'd never used a storage facility until yesterday, and was uncertain about the process. I'm so glad I chose Green Storage in Newmarket. Ali was wonderful, making us feel extremely welcome and answering questions, processing the deal in no time. He's funny, too which is a real treat! A really great experience end to end from check in to moving out. I have never rented a storage unit before. I started off with a discount for the first two months, which was a bonus, the staff was very helpful and nice and it seemed that they really wanted to make their clients happy. Would definitely rent here again for the customer service!

Recently rented a spot for my holiday trailer on short notice. Ali was very friendly and helpful in getting us into a spot that worked best for us. He has a great sense of humour which is hard to find these days and also went the extra mile to help us get power to our parking spot so we could operate our powered jack.
