The storage units are clean and well maintained. We have had interaction with Ali in the office and he has always been helpful and kind. We have one of the climate controlled units in the main building. We septic this location due to the easy passcode assess and excellent monitoring. Makes us feel of things are safe and secure. Great service!! Thank you Green Storage Newmarket!!

As soon as I walked into the office Ali gave me the most warm reassuring smile. He walked me step by step through the purchasing contract. Then walked me to my unit, gave me ideas and tips for storing, he then made sure I had all codes and practiced with me. Because of him, this is now the only storage company I will use and recommend.

This was my first experience renting storage, and it was excellent. We visited the location in person, and Ali was very respectful and helpful. He provided all the information we needed, set up our profile in the system, and showed us the best storage size with convenient access. He guided us through everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend you use Green Storage for all your storage needs. I spoke to a lady at this location, and she was very polite and friendly. They followed up on my inquiry about parking at a company. They followed up on my inquiry a few days later, and the customer service was the same as from the Newmarket location. I would highly recommend this business because their staff is very knowledgeable and can suit your needs. Give them a call and enjoy their friendly and polite service, values, and the mission statement of the company.

Great service and even better people! From the moment we arrived, at Green Storage Newmarket, we were welcomed by Ali, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the initial process smooth and stress-free.When we found ourselves in a really difficult and unfortunate situation, we weren’t sure how it would get resolved. Fortunately upper management stepped in to help, and came through for us. Their response turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. It is rare to find a business where both the front-line staff and the management team are this dedicated to helping their customers. We would certainly recommend them!
